151 Rum

½ oz

Triple Sec

1 ½ oz

Kahlua

Fill glass

Coffee

Garnish

Whip cream & nutmeg

  1. Rim a toddy glass with sugar.
  2. Add rum and triple sec to the glass.
  3. Ignite and slowly turn the glass to carmelize the sugar.
  4. Pour in Kahlua.
  5. Top off with hot coffee.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg.
